It's not illegal. Ppl are allowed to use teamspeak np. It's just illegal to advertise for a public one other than the official p99 public mumble that Rogean hosts. (I believe)

Sektor seems like a guy that is actually ruining his life for this emulator. I think the server should just pull together and get this guy whatever items/levels he wants for the next week to save his marriage and family from this endless loop of spending money and then being banned.
