Is a backpack full of bone chips stacks giving an 18 human ranger around a yellow of xp too much?

Not long back from Kurns and I was a little surprised just how much xp I got.

That's a lot of bone chips! Maybe it is a bit high comparatively compared to how many CB belts etc you'd have to turn in for the same reward. A lot of popular quests have been nerfed now, this could be next then? :p
