So been waiting for shadowbane for a few years hoping for the best. Decided to come back to eq but in a classic pvp perspective. I still don't know what I might roll as of yet.
Maybe Shaman or Druid would suit me best. I usually play a heal/buffer/debuffs in most mmo's i play. Have not touched everquest in years. Well mostly just played around on EQ2 but would love to find a group to adventure with and get integrated! even finding a duo partner would be awesome feel free to hit me up. Will repost when I create my IGN.

Play druid then, use wiki for guides. Pm ingame name and I can hook you up.

Choose a class that you will love. Only war and rogue truly suck to solo with no gear...otherwise just try to have fun and choose the playstyle you want in the long run or whatever run you are planning on.
In raids shamans do a lot of buffing and druids are somewhat marginalized sometimes relegated to off kiting adds and stuff. Both are amazing all around classes that allow a lot of game exploration when solo and are strong in pvp settings when played well.

Even as a war/rogue you just have to spend your first 4 levels killing decaying skeletons in north ro or something like that. You'll be able to trade some of your bone chips for a passable weapon and you'll have a full set of cloth out of the ordeal too :D.

Yeah...but every level as a rogue / warrior gets slower and worse as you go on. You can get by if your really brave and manly but its not the funnest for most people.
