Didn't find an answer. I know you're not allowed to multibox here (/cry)
But are you allowed to have multiple accounts as long as you don't multibox (I say multibox, because ip can be hidden via vpn etc.)

In the case that you are allowed to have more than one account - Is it then ok to share account between friends?
(to take turns leveling it and using it to powerlevel other chars)

Yes, you can have multiple accounts. Share accounts if you want, but do it at your own risk (i.e. if someone fucks with your account because you shared the info, don't expect GMs to help you).
