Druid resist gear

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of what resist gear I should get for mr? I'm working to 52 and am staying there for a while so I would like some mr gear to not get wrecked in raids against dragons and such... and actually be somewhat useful with fewer deaths.

You can start with:

- 2x Platinum Jacinth Wedding Ring
- 2x Wolf's Eye Golden Bracelet
- 1x Wolf's Eye Platinum Necklace

To begin with. After that try to get a diamond mask.

Head - Crown of King Tranix - 20 MR
Chest - Withered Leather Tunic - 10 MR (4 WIS, 90 Mana)
Arms - Vermiculated Arms - 7 MR (5 STA)
Wrists - Gold Wolf's Eye Bracelets - 7 MR
Shoulders - Wurm Scale Coat - 10 MR (20 FR)
Rings - Platinum Jacinth Wedding Ring - 13 MR
Primary - Epic - 10 All Resists + other good stats

Hands, Legs, Belt, Feets and Back all have crappy MR options.

Back - Spectral Shroud - 5 MR for back is okay
Waist - Withered Leather Belt - 3 All Resist (40 Mana) is decent but overpriced
Hands, Legs and Feet you can only get Imbued Eleven Chain (if Tunare Elf) for MR in those slots. They are alright... Questionable whether they are worth an extra bag slot for each though.

If some of these are out of your range...

Runed Morning Star (instead of Epic) - 6 MR (6WIS)
Splitpaw Hide Mask (instead of Sky mask) - 5 MR (5PR)
Hollowed Bone Bracers (instead of Vermic Arms) - 7 MR (15 Mana)

If you can't afford Tranix Crown or Withered Leather Tunic there really isn't much alternative in those slots.

I was doing that for a while, SamwiseRed, I guess I was just looking more for cheapish mr for a starter druid. I've noticed some slots only have like a 30k item, was trying to find out if there was something else that I just missed.

Nope. Classic and Kunark resist gear really blows.

Druids get the short stick too. Head for example there really isn't anything of note other than Tranix Crown (and PD Crown). But a class like cleric gets a Skull-Shaped Barbute, 10 MR, 35 HP for basically <1k. Tons of other slots we have no good MR for that other classes have several options.

Velious is when you can get real resist gear with stats and stuff. Diamond/Blue Diamond as well as quest armor is great for resists. Raid loot also finally gets real itemization and gets huge resist boosts.

If you are after MR for a raiding druid... Don't bother until you're level 60. That will help way more than any MR gear you can afford.

I was mainly hoping to sit at 52 to do naggy vox a couple times before advancing up to 60 =x

Mmm Druid isn't really the best Naggy/Vox toon, but if that's your wish go for it. Relive your classic days.

Just get the cheap items I list and ignore the 5-6 slots that are 10k+ items.

Get JC Rings, Wrists Neck
Get PoSky ear (rots all the time)
Get an SBS from Chardok (costs like 2-3k)
Do Thex Mallet quest (you will need to make a DE alt) or buy it
Get an EoE from Droga (costs like 5-6k, druids can camp it though)
Get Vermiculated Arms or Hollowed Bone Bracers

Other than that... Not worth the effort for a Naggy/Vox encounter on a druid IMO. Most of the time you'll be trying to toss some greater healings behind a wall. Near the end you would probably run in to Starfire or Ice.
