Just trying to put together a list of non aggro/damage weapon procs with buffs and other useful things. Mostly looking at dropable ones for now but no drop ones are welcome too if you want to add to the list. Some are more useful than others.

Velious version half of em are from chardok B. Primal weapons will be very useful as well if you can get one.

From what I recall some of those are excellent aggro procs. Tash from Jmans stick is an aggro hog and helps the casters in group, any of the snares piss mobs off pretty well. and The slows are killer aggro.

True some of these are good aggro procs but they also do other things like buffs or debuffs. You could call stun a utility proc as well but i consider it more for aggro than say mitigation even though it does both. If the stun can land which on many mobs it cant so its just a pure aggro proc.
