Newbie Paladin pvp tips

So after reading through the class descriptions, i have fell in love with the paladin. Unfortunately i have been reading that they are the least played class in this game? Honestly im just going to play it anyways, so i was hopeing some of the vet pallys could let me in on some tips/secret powers/opness that pallys are capable of? Thanks in advance!

My paladin pvp is limited but I really enjoy paladin pvp. I like survival ability over gank ability. You are basically a tank that is really damn hard to kill. You can heal yourself and you have to be killed twice due to LoH.
Melee, bash, throw in blinds if their MR sucks. Chances are they will escape you but they're gonna have a rough time killing you.

Really difficult to finish people off before they plug on you. I imagine it will get easier when stuns come in to play. Fun to pvp with but you wont be much of a threat with your DPS unless you're twinked.

Got any links to his vids? I can't find them for some reason. So I made it to level 4 before getting owned by some high elf whizzy lol. I managed to run him oom, but couldn't do enough damage to him with my starter weapon. Anyone got a cheap pally wep (20ppish) for sale?

i don't play on red anymore, but half the time i was in PVP battles i was mostly just spamming heals on myself between melee swings.

i was hard as fuck to kill. had several people cursing me via text saying shit like "FUCK PALADINS ZOMG".

i didn't do much killing myself, though.

make sure to keep Cancel Magic memorized, and use junk buffs so that enemy spell effects go into your first spell slots.

Paladins always sucked to try and kill, but also didnt do shit. Curious with this new resist patch if their stuns will land. If so spell caster will go oom if they can get a spell off against a decent pally.

Paladins dps is worse then what it was on classic. I wouldn't recommend playing one.

A fungi tunic will give pally dps trouble.

But PVE wise they are awesome.
