Enchanter Test of Incapacitation

I turned in the requested items (an efreeti wind staff, a black sky diamond, sweet nectar, and a large sky sapphire) and got nothing. I suppose its not impossible I screwed things up, but I triple checked.

did you turn in the correct large sky sapphire?

there are 2. One for wizard and one for enchanter ( I know that's pretty dumb )

According to Allakhazam, there are two versions of this item: a 15-weight version that looks like a Sapphire for the Enchanter quest ("Azure Star Sapphire") and a 0.1-weight version that looks like a Black Sapphire for the Wizard quest ("Eye of the Storm", shown icon).

However, I am assuming you read all that and have known of 2 versions for a long time
