Merchants don't sell to you and bankers are gone. Scorpions, mosquitoes, and skellies all spawned on top of the merchants. Merchants standing on top of their huts.

I zoned into Cab, on red, didnt see any npc's at all. Untill the shaman guild trainers casted there spells. then they became visible. i then repatched via Sirk's advice from /ooc. Rebooted. same problem.
