The blue mechanics make for pvp annoying as fuck, no sit camping, but able to duck spells etc. Nilbog stated in a announcement early yesterday morning that when you /dueled someone the 'pvp changes' would take effect. but when I tested around 6pm EST tash still did -41MR. The AC changes are somewhat noticeable, but it will take a lot of pve logs to compare against all my old fight logs to see how big the difference is.

There is a few things they need to iron out still too. like reuse timer of unholy aura says 1 hr 12 minutes. but its coming up in 2 minutes and harmtouch isn't up yet despite blowing them both at same time mmmm.
