Coldain War Wolf

Npc not dropping required item to start 'Coldain Military wristguard' quest.
I've been killing mob and PHers sence thursday, Coldain War Wolf popped about 12 times and never drops Velium War Wolf Choker.

I've killed Drakkel Blood Wolf twice and got required item,'Blood Wolf Harness' for Kromrif Military Legging quest both times.

Finally got Velium war wolf choker, which the 'Frost Giant Wolf Tamer' ate.

This quest is broken.
Did quest again w/ GM supplied 'velium war wolf choker' and 'gem of persuasion'.
Frost Giant Wolf Tamer returns correct item from 'gem of persuasion', but eats 'velium war wolf choker' everytime.

Argh. Glad I searched for this. Just spent a couple hours killing coldain tracking wolves.
