It's kind of too bad its not tiered for different level ranges. Maybe it could be if the boards filtered kills by what guild they're in or entering different players into it.

I am still confused why it should matter? PVP is PVP imo. If someone at lvl 30 is killing 100 people a day and a lvl 60 is killing 10 people, the lvl 30 is pvping more. People bring up twinking and such, but I see lvl 60's with insanely better gear than a 56, it's the same thing.

There is a reason why most pvp games reward the most points to max level pvp. This is not that reason.

It's much harder to get a kill shot on a geared 56-60 characer than on an untwinked level 30. Using your numbers, it is much more than ten times harder. At a major engagement of 50 vs 50 that goes on for an hour or more, it would not by unusual to see only 10-20 deaths. In contrast, a level 30 twink could score those 10-20 deaths in Mistmoore in 15 minutes.

Pretty simple imo, just make people go un-anon and say some sort of string like "OPT IN", it gets parsed and people are added as a 60. Make kills by those players worth a bunch more or just seperate them entirely into a separate "top tier" leaderboard.

The only potential abuse is someone deleveling but that is gonna be pretty rare and easy to fix after reported.

Build it into the game automatically like every other PVP server in EQ history.
