Trying to organize static group

We have a static group forming. Trying to organize 3 or 4 nights a week from 8PM EST to around Midnight / 1AM (EST) to have a full group bonus / gearing group. We currently have a lvl 5 Warrior, level 14 druid, and level 12 bard. We need the following classes (between level 5 and 14)

Cleric
Melee DPS (Monk, rogue, ranger - prefer monk for pulling)
Slower (Enchanter or Shaman)
