Most npcs (excluding raid bosses, and some named) have general spellsets according to their class. i.e. paladin classes will have a paladin spellset, wizards have wizard sets, etc.
Since 2009, we've removed certain spells from classes because they were out of era for the time.
We now have functionality to add these back, and operate correctly according to a timeline.
Did Velious launch with npcs having Velious spells on their spellsets? If not, when was it changed?
