Had every lvl range character camped there in god and dragon loot trying to kill anyone and everyone but couldn't because our group as too powerful so all he did was bitch. But, one thing to note that could bite you if he complains enough to GMs,

"A player is 'Looting and Scooting' (LnSing) when he has died to an opponent and opts to call Loot and Scoot. You must make your intentions clear that you are loot and scooting by communicating with the other people in the zone(s) you move through, as well as with the person who killed you, or your LnS claim will not be valid, and you can be killed."

There is no specific requirement to LNS in /ooc, just to make the intent clear to those that killed, which in this case he did in /t to you.
