Can't create account.

Hi ! I'm having trouble with the account creation process. I obviously created a forum account and am trying to skip both the eqemu account and the phone number...however when skipping the phone one, it takes me back to the eqemu account thing and so i can never get to the step 4.
What's the deal :confused: is there another way to create an account somewhere ?
