Indoor GCD Breaker for Mage from Inventory

Ench has Rod of Insidious Glamour, Necro has Words of Darkness... does Mage have anything besides spyglass? I am trying to avoid using Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring.

Won't summon eye if you already have a pet. Fairly certain it does still reset GCD.
