Strange Login Issue

I see a couple others have posted with connectivity issues, but I thought I'd share the specific error I'm seeing. Screenshots just showed my wallpaper, so I had to take a picture with my phone. Here is the error message (http://imgur.com/TojGx1U).

same thing here been trying for 2 hrs to log in now

Same issue. I can't seem to pinpoint the variable that's restricting me from logging in. Usually after 1 - 5 additional attempts using the same client gets me to the character select screen.

Any way to resolve this? Incredibly annoying - especially when you swap toons as often as I do. ><

1017 errors are not strange (probably the most common). There's nothing, really, that you can do for it. It tends to have something to do with a router somewhere along the connection line timing out.

Never had this issue before... now the past couple days I get it constantly.

Your question is better directed at one of the 30 servers between you and P99.

My connections have, generally, been better lately. Until a few weeks ago, I would get these errors a dozen or more times a day.

Strange issues here too, sometimes I can't log into my characters without going LD before loading. I thought it was zone related, nope, I can log alts in the same zone, just some of my characters are harder to log on. I made it once yesterday after about 15 tries but then nothing again today. Server reset imo
