Someone claims it's not spammable, but others say it is spammable (just semi nerfed).

Can a staff member please confirm: is this spammable? From what I've read, this got nerfed, but in other ways:

1) It's more rare to get now
2) It's now resistable
3) You can't recharge it

From what I can tell, you can still spam it, it's just less useful. Correct?

Na it works... also when you turn in the rubit's ignore the lore messages, if you turn in 24 or so stacks of rubies you have a chance at getting a prenerf earing.. can recharge and use in pvp..

What do you mean it's not confirmed? You shouldn't have to get confirmation of information that's presented in the synopsis of the server. That's like calling bullshit on a table of contents.
