Sentry Kale / Friend of the Kin

Seems to give the text for Velium Retrieval, but I can't get any of the "Friend of the Kin" quest text from him. I've tried "I am interested" "what source" and "I am capable" - all of these phrases are supposed to return text, the last is supposed to give you an item but Sentry Kale just ignores me.

Still doesn't respond to any phrases, ally faction. He'll turn to acknowledge me but no response.

Just tested this on beta server, and he responded. Hm.
