The GM won't accept items for the starter quest.
Guards won't give the bone crafted key.

Saying "Keyz" with a z will get ya a key from one of the two guards right before the elevator.

If it's Coriante Verisue:

Fixed, pending update.

There was an odd issue with 3 npcs in Paineel which caused them to not respond correctly to quests.
