If only there was a smart way to gear alts in the guild, be fair to people gearing their mains, and fund guild raiding.

I've been secretly stock-piling stones on every guild I've been in on my Wizard.
I'm up to about 250 now. With the recent price increase I saw a drastic increase in my assets and my earnings report puts me on schedule to purchase Felwithe within the year.

Brilliant plan. Wish I would have bought like 25k worth of sky/hate stones, could have undercut the vendor and probably made like 60-70pp/stone. Easy 10k+ profit.

What about your 401k and how diversified is your elf sim portfolio?

I put 20% of my OOT revenue stream into Circle of Shadows in anticipation for Velious nerf. Again I've amassed a stockpile of these and am waiting to cash in when the market crashes.
Another 40% goes into red to blue back to red currency trading in which I can make a nice sized profit depending on market conditions. Back when Red Dawn was recruiting, and then again with Hokuten and finally the influx lately, the demand for Red Platinum has been a literal roller coaster allowing the saavy investor to make gains.
Currently I have a luxury yacht commissioned from the Firiona Vie shipwrights and plan on opening a tole-ferry that will run between various ports around Norrath and Velious upon launch.

taxes in felwithe are too high and insurance liability in kelethin is a disaster
you are better off settling in kaladim someplace, education is cheap there too since dwarfs don't go to classes they just drink and watch peep shows.

Give me your fungi before you quit. That is a blue-chip pixel and will retain value regardless of market saturation or political change.

The earthquake insurance is too high, but with the luclin exploding and destroying Norath in a few hundred years, now might be the right time to buy.
