Luminescent Staff | and grinding the PP

My goal is to grind/camp/port for enough PP to purchase the... Luminescent Staff.

Not sure how much they cost, and not sure the most efficient way to do this as a druid(43). If you have any good ideas, please let me know!

***most efficient way(not including grinding out more levels ^ ^, I'd like to have this by level 46!)

I've tried to advertise for ports, though I never really see many people in the market to buy one x.x

Also, the best way to kill those Hill Giants is to root rot, right? Root them, then cast the two DoTs(immolage/drones of doom), sit while the HG dies, then loot?

Anyone trying to do things solo on this server missed the whole point of what the staff has tried to do with exp changes in the last 6 months. What is the point of solo'ing to buy an item to solo with more instead of just grouping and making it to 60 in 1/5 the time?
