Scale of the Wolf spell vendor

Just curious if anyone has found this spell. All the web sites have it on new expansion spell vendors, but I'm searchin but haven't found it yet.

Scale of the Wolf is not a classic spell and, as such, cannot be purchase yet on Project 1999.
