DE necro

CAn anyone tell me if a DE necro is KoS in Paineel without doing faction work? Hoping they are the right kind of evil :)

my DE necro was not liked in panael. unless I put on skeleton illusion (lich spells). with the illusion on, they liked me and I was able to go into the city and purchase a key for the hole.

Do you need the key? or can you do the swim, duck/ un duck thing to squeeze past?

on live DE's could squeeze, but here on p1999 only shortys can (as far as i know). my friends ogre shaman definitely could not fit on live or here
