Kyrios is supposedly the "unofficial SEA" server and where a lot of big "competitive" NA PVP guilds are going to be. Also found a few P99ers there on beta.

Salphira is unofficial South American server, Ollo and Kyrios are unofficial Oceanic servers.

Tahyang is an unofficial RPvP server, which in my experience means a more active and more mature community. It also has a lower number of guilds who have committed to it, esp Eastern faction, which means less likely to suffer queues or server problems. Seems like the strongest choice from what I have read on reddit and the AA forums.

As for stream...this game taxes my machine pretty decently. I haven't built a new one for a few years so I am not sure a stream would work out too well. Ill test it out tho =)

Is the land really already as scarce as people are making it seem on their forums? I really just want a place to make my own damn farm once I go patron.

All 8 head start servers were full with 900 person queue(40 mins) yesterday, and I have heard in faction chat that land is hard to come by. You may be able to get land fairly easily on a new server though, since F2P limitations will prevent the welfare set from being able to set up quickly.

On a side note, I was really impressed to see 70 odd players together for a raid boss with zero lag on my end. Game runs so much smoother than ESO did in Cyrodiil.

Land isnt scarce. There are plenty of plots in PvP zones. Its mostly a bunch of whiney little carebears crying that they couldnt get the plot that they feel entitled to. That being said alot of people put down a few farms in various spots in an attempt to sell them. They wont be able to keep up with the taxes.

This "bug" is about as game breaking as being unable to turn in a quest in Neriak as a HIE ench because an oor player is dispelling your illusion. It would be trivial aside from certain types of players who will complain about anything. If you really need to run a trade pack through a newbie zone, instead of through any of the multiple open PvP zones, just bring a healer or 2.

9 days ago XL Games pushed through a big change as a cash grab for Western release. Trion fought it and it was REVERTED 6 days ago. That survey helped shift the game back to the state of the previous betas, in which paying only gives a slight advantage.

As to that survey, 10% of the beta players(not obscure) was more than enough to establish a 2% margin of error. Polls by definition only take a sample of the population, which unfortunately probably went above the education level of you and the people posting in the referenced thread.

In short,

... existed for a few days of open beta(which ended a week ago) and never was close to going live. AA has problems like any game, but apparently you have elected yourself the spokesperson for the ignorant and ill informed of the AA forums.

At 31 I already have 2 crystals, and am not far short of a few more as I disenchant drops. The better dusts and motes drop much more often at higher level as well, and I now have the ability to solo some of the lower world bosses which drop shards.

Someone wasting a bunch of money to get the same things I get while casually playing the game isn't p2w, it is more like pay to keep up.

i didnt pay a dime so i shouldnt complain when i queue for 15 hours straight and get disconnected with no grace period. im estimating 20 hours for this new queue (this will be my 5th attempt) and if it doesn't work im definitely uninstalling lol. doesn't look nearly fun enough to make up for this

Kyrios has 15 hour queue's. The game takes about an hour or more just to load for me, I get stuck at the stupid Green Splash screen. Trion sucks donkey ballsB

Worst queue I have had on Tahyang as a patron was 3.5 hours, but that was at prime time on wed. Usually takes me about 20 mins to get in, but I don't play much during "peak" hours. Have not had any hardware or crashing issues at all.

Will probably roll an alt on Calleil today since Tahyang is locked and I have some friends starting up. Just hit 41 on Tahyang and having a ton of fun with this game.
