I need one more volunteer for a mini Q&A/discussion tonight at 9pm EST.

This will be streamed live as part of GMChat Ep. 3 @ www.twitch.tv/derubael

It will start in a little over an hour from the posting of this message.

The topic is guild leadership <-> CSR interaction - how it happens, what works, what doesn't, what you would like to see improved, and more. The discussion will last the shows "normal" run time of about an hour, and as always if you have a question join the Twitch chat to ask.

I currently have two interviewee's lined up for this discussion but would like one more - someone from Class R, as I already have Hokushin from IB and Raden from TMO. This is a good opportunity to give some real feedback to the CSR staff, as well as get some feedback from us about all of you :)

Next week at a new time (Wednesday, 9 PM EST, 6 PM PST) we'll be looking at your average Joe's player <-> CSR interaction. If you'd like to be a part of that, PM me and we'll get you set up to come on and talk about your experiences.

If anyone is interested in joining this weeks discussion, and you're a guild leader/officer/raid leader, PM me right away so we can get you prepared. This will be a casual discussion and you' aren't expected to have any materials ready - though if you'd like to write down a few questions/thoughts in order to prepare, I encourage you to do so. You can also reach me in-game on Blue for the next hour or so, just send me a tell.

See you all at the Q&A! Spread the word, especially if you have friends/guildmates who have questions to ask, as we'll be taking audience questions near the end!

Lots of good feedback tonight, as well as thorough explanation of why the raid scene is set up the way it is. Thanks again to Hokushin and Unbrella for coming along

Next week we'll be talking to a handful of average joe's about their interaction with CSR staff, as well as our outlook on how customer service should work on Project 1999. PM me if you're interested in joining the discussion, or shoot gmchat an e-mail at gmchat99@gmail.com

The show will be moving to Wednesdays at 9:00 PM EST, 6 PM PST so that we don't overlap with Thursday night football!
