Hello, I am going to start playing tonight and I was wondering if there are many groups for low levels or are most people on the server high level?

There are !tons! of lower level groups. Orc Hill in gfay, Crushbone, Unrest, EC Orc camps, befallen (enter at your own CR peril!), Blackburrow, all of em.

Welcome! There are enough lower level people to find groups, and most people I've encountered are nice. If you find one of the others, pay them no mind. ;)

There is no global chat. You can /ooc in your current zone.
