Hail and/or well met,

Looking for some advice, if any of ye would be so kind. Good ol' city of mist has started to green out, which is a shame. I really only ever have 30-60 minutes per session to play, which makes grouping an unrealistic option. I've been able to do 52-58 in about a level per week doing a few quick sessions a day which has been great, but I fear for my sanity at the prospect of grinding greens at 59 :O.

The only other option of which I'm aware is HS, but I would prefer to keep my OT faction if at all possible. Any/all (give or take) advice is greatly appreciated, so thank you all kindly in advance.

Solb spiders (some will be light blue), solb freeti area, that cave area with the high-level bears and whatnot in permafrost.

Burning woods

What/where in Burning woods? I'd think all of the giants/sarnaks/bees would be green by level 58 (if not a few levels before).

The highest level of each type of mob in there... so like, the scoriae hornets, the greater warbone skeletons, the moldering gorillas, many of the wurms, they should all be dark blue at 58 still. But most of the rest of the zone will be light blue or even green.

XP will be crap in BW compared to solb or perma though.

Below I made a little chart of when the last level mobs are dark blue for.

Level Lowest Level Dark Blue
60 46
59 45
58 44
57 43
56 42
55 41

Below is a list of mobs and their levels and hit points.

In Burning Woods, it looks like there are 10 mobs that can be level 44 or higher so still dark blue at 58. I just always hated that zone because there isn't a lot of good pull spots as wanderers always seem to jump in, there are caster mobs which really suck, Sarnaks with SOW (or have been sowed by the other Sarnarks), most mobs have high hit points, visibility is kind of crappy with all the trees and worst of all, there can be multiple Gullerbacks and some summon.

High greens (formerly dark blue) aren't always a bad option. They're 1/2 the experience but many times you can kill them twice as fast.

Level 45 mobs are still DB at 60

Nothing beats 56-57+ solb efreeti leveling. That shit is so fast it'll make your head spin, and things can go south really quickly if you're not paying attention so it's exciting too!
