This error happened on my sons account. He created a dark elf necro and logged off, when he tried to get back on last night that error popped up and 18 hours later it is still present. Any idea what can be done so he can get back in and play?

If multiple people are playing you need an ip exemption, boxing is not allowed

^^ to add. You need to go to the petition forum and read the sticky about what info you need to provide to get a Ip exemption so you and your son can play at the same time.
