because Hokuten hunts him down and purposefully kills him any time he is spotted in-game, as we do it all deserters...but especially for the slaying of shouts it has become an initiation or right of passage.

This, poor guy is hunted down when ever his name shows up on a /who. Many lulz are had.

I think you misunderestimated how much Nihilum raids:

How long has he been in your guild? If it has only been a week thats pretty outstanding.

First raid on July 22nd almost exactly a month ago. Appears the poor fellow lacks a VP key which will of course hurt attendance.
