Error SP-1 can someone please find out the real cause and fix for this?

I just installed the game and have gotten the Spellfiles out of date errorcode sp-1 over and over again to the point im about to just give up. Im running windows 8...i turned off my antivirus, im using the right files, i even manually deleted the old ones and put the new ones in and the same error. It will not let me log in past the character select screen and if i hit explore it just says disconnected. Ive seen that many people have this error and all of the suggested fixes dont look to have worked for anyone with this problem. Can someone please look deeper into why this is happening Im at my wits end.

The game often gives this in error as a default when the server, for whatever connectivity reason, cannot verify the spellfile is correct.

yes but this happens everytime and it wont allow me to pick my char or even log into the game. Is there no way to fix this?

sometimes the spellfile master drops by to help people out, keep your fingers crossed.

Had the same problem and just re-extracted the P99 files a couple times. Started right up
