hello all new account question

Forum account setup went smooth but I cannot skip past "emulator acct setup step" and this is a new acct and it states there's no need to set-up emulator for new acct, i did setup the SMS security step and that's as far as I can get but still waiting for text code phone message though

any help would be greatly appreciated..thx
