Welcome to the server, though I'm also new. I'm mostly just playing the game normally, but if you found a group of like-minded players, I'd toss in my hat for RP. I know there isn't much of an RP scene in P1999 -- and I don't think there should be a separate RP server -- but a general roleplaying guild might not be a bad idea.
