Hi all,
Been looking on the wiki. I'm not sure if I can find a guild welcoming newcomers?
I am new, but I do pick up quick.
Willing to make a new toon to match classes or races needed for guild.
If someone who is actively recruiting for a guild could post here, and also include the in name games of who to contact, it would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Knights Who Say Ni is very newbie friendly. I have only been playing about 2 weeks and they have been awesome.

Yeah they seem kinda respectable. On my lowbies I haven't seen any griefing by any of them. Unlike some more recent mega-newbie guilds :P
A little respect goes a long way.

Thanks.
I'll contact someone in-game this evening. I have things to get done this morning.

If you don't join the Knights, I'd say look at Moonlight Crusaders, who I hope to join soon (once I get to EC alive...). The guild is built around a core of people who formed a guild of the same name on Quellious in classic and they had a great reputation on that server, both as good players and nice people. I wasn't a member- I wouldn't have been high enough, nor probably good enough.
I see this as a chance to get in early with a guild that will grow and develop and not necessarily be a levelling guild for very long.

Come join us in MC send myself or someone a tell and we will get you hooked up with an officer. MC will be a good leveling quild for quiet a while. That's not a bad thing though. You get to grow with people and really get to know someone for who they are not just a name on a screen. I always try to make guild chat intresting with some BS i come up with (mostly how halflings are the master race). EC is easier but if there is someone on to port you to ec or an officer to you we will.

Send a tell to an officer:
Officers

Kilkandark
Faithin
Linkus
Patryarch
Jhase
Kaastle
Milien
Urturn
Poro
Cured
Mobious
Gurgeh
Although if you don't see one of them on they may be on an alt so shoot me a tell and I will let you know.

Just joined MC myself. I was hesitant to join a guild at all at this point on p99 because I have both wildly inconsistent play times and a bit of alt-itis. But I had been in the same zone as several of their members quite a few times, and they were always the friendliest people in zone. Glad I joined.

I think joining a guild really enhances the whole classic experience to a much greater degree than in later MMO's. I suppose that is because you absolutely need other people in a way you didn't on other games.
