Quested Cleric Item (Skeleton Form)?

I remember someone showing me an item a while back, think it was a quested item and it had a clicky to give skeleton form. Anyone know of this item?

It was Call of Bones or whichever one of the necro lich forms.

If it makes you feel better, the nerf was retroactive, so these no longer exist on the server. It's not like the guise.
