This guy roams East Karana, and I could swear that he was KOS to everyone or at least good races. As a troll, he is indifferent, and to my dad's halfling druid he is also indifferent.
When looking for him, I couldn't find him on the bestiary list back from pre-Lucilin:

Did they miss him, or is he not a classic mob? When I checked his current entry he has "Pirates of the Pine" which seems to be associated with the Jaggedpine Forest zone added in 2002. So, as I see it, he should either hate more people, or not exist at all.
