So, since the patch raptors can't be quadded anymore.... Anyone have any good alternate spots for quadding? Please be specific within zones.

Raptors are faster than sow now so offlimits for the time being.

leaves you with BW really..

At 53 only the ravishing drolvargs outside KC will be DB and many of the others LB. The mountain giant fort near the center of Burning Woods is the next place to go, but those will start turning LB before 60. Your only other bet is to get your Seb and HS keys and make some friends.

You could also do Dwarf or Barbarian guards.

yeah, i've been doing BB guards and the few dark blue spawns in dreadlands, 54 now. Just problems with both, once finished clearing the first easy set of BB guards ya gotta grab the rest and pretty much same thing with dreadlands, gotta run around KC to find the dark blues.

Outside KC is a nice quadding spot cause you can pop in for C2 whenever you need it but its a serious drag when you're getting a lot of LB mobs and the bar is moving slow. You cant do Chardok AOE until 56 when you get Jyll's Zephyr of Ice, and even then there's usually a long waitlist to get a spot. A lot of people just painfully grind out the light blues. Your only other choice is to get some buddies and dungeon crawl - a good group of 4 or 5 in Seb or Hole will move your bar nicely. Also KC basement is decent xp, the other camps suck. Just make sure its not full group otherwise xp really drags. Good luck, mid 50s are quite the hurdle on wiz.

yeah, 55 now and it seems worse than 54.

54/55 is that weird spot where all the 'easy' mobs start going green and blue mobs jump from 3kish hp to like 6k+ hp. Somewhere around that level 40 mob threshold. Sucks.
