Killed Talon Velic tonight in Skyshrine and he dropped nothing. Not sure if he is supposed to be able to drop nothing or if it's a bug. Here is a link to the mob on the Wiki with his massive loot table. http://wiki.project1999.com/Talon_Velic

This massive loot table is shared by Wyverns and Named Cubes. Talon and his 2 buddies have access to the table, but are not guaranteed to drop an item.

I'm not sure whether or not their drop rates were better than the regular cubes on either live or here.

The tables are the same, and the % to drop increases with the level of the npc.
