EoT & Triple Attack

I read an old post (2011) where Kanras stated that EoT will triple attack now (as per classic EQ) but it may not be permanent. Is this still implemented on P99 or has this been removed?

Removed pretty sure.

Should be but it isn't. Necros super buggy on P99 and particularly on Red.
