Few months of Variance test?

While there are a million arguments about what's best for the server, there's one thing that quite simply can not be debated. For about 95% of this server's existence there has been 0 contesting. Something is clearly wrong. One other thing that noone can deny is that the one thing that has yet to be tried is Variance. What's to lose ? I don't think the pvp state can get any worse.

Not sure what the experience on live was like for others, but I do not remember sitting on top of raid boss spawn points with 50 man raids waiting for the dragon to pop and die within 30 seconds.

lol, I somehow doubt this. There is currently and never really has been for a long time, a force capable of competing with nihilum. Afaik, the other guilds snipe as many mobs as they can before the zerg notices and comes in to get more pixels that they have no use for. There's only so much that skill can do for you before you have to fight half a group each of better geared players.
