Everyone knew it was coming!
Conning a corpse currently gives back a timer to decay and a timer on rez. This is a Luclin mechanic (boo hiss, cats on the moon) and should not be in yet.
February 2002 Patch (http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20020213.html)
NPC and PC corpses can now be /considered to find out how long until they decay, and PC corpses additionally tell you how long you have to resurrect them.

Unsure how tied this is into the client... but it is indeed, not classic.

There are legit bugs right now that need fixed, but let us focus our attention and energies on this.

The great classic gods determine what is to be worked on.
So far they have not been able to resolve 255 resist caps or item-loot on red. Perhaps they can get this one slain.

There are legit bugs right now that need fixed, but let us focus our attention and energies on this.
If this is a simple small coding fix then sure let it be done. If not it will go into the list of other things that take time and arent critical to gameplay. I mean unless you think the dev's are morons and dont know how to work on things in order of importance(not my words but might aswell be his by that response)

Pretty sure corpse con response is sent by the server (it is in the eqemu codebase). Should take about 2 seconds to comment it out.

Yep. Pretty much.
I am thinking this would be unpopular. So maybe should get rid of autostand on casting spells too, just to peg that hate haynar meter.

they did remove it and it was put back in. i had a thread about it.
you also couldnt /camp without sitting manually first.

Auto stand when moving forward can still be done by making a /stand button tied to your forward key.

Which you would have to link to a hotkey.
And IF we had forced Classic UI features (see other thread), you would be limited to just 10 of them. Not many people have less than 10 hotkeys they want to waste one with stand.

Auto stand on casting - figured it out
Auto sit on camp - found it.
Auto stand on moving forward - dont care so much.
However - what about autostand after auto crouching, like when ur head hits ceiling. Thats something might be able to remove too.

Loving these classic fixes. Next patch will be glorious. I just hope we can get some UI fixes up in this place soon. Limited chat windows and hotbar windows and only 1 bag open at a time. Omnomnom
