got installed ..Black Screen with EQ cursor??

got the install done, and followed directions with deleting files, and inserting P99 ones... however when I launch from everquest titanium, or the EQEmulater... It just takes me to a black screen with an EQ cursor on it. This should be the login screen, but its blank :-( ??

Any Ideas?

and yes the EQEmu even said client recognized as titanium. lol. im at a loss

did you change your host file?

I checked the host file, and it matches the one in the P99 download insert
hmmm... ill download and insert again maybe. but I don't believe that was wrong

What environment are you running in, Windows native? VM? Wine? Make sure your eqhosts file is correct (although if you did the V33 spell file extract you should be good). Also make certain that you added "patchme" to the eqgame.exe link you made, otherwise you're going to have to reinstall etc.

Does it do the same thing if you try to boot it in windowed mode?
