A better strategy for this might be to advertise looking for people who regularly kill him for soulfires and then offer to alert them when he is up. Lucan is a soloable mob by many classes and I'd imagine a lot of people are like myself and just kill him when we happen to find him up running through NFP. Sending a bunch of tells to people looking for faction hits and then waiting for them to arrive inconveniences the person killing him, where as if you take it upon yourself to inform people he is up you're providing them a utility.

I'm not saying you won't find anyone who will go out of their way to help you get a faction hit, but you'll find a lot more people who are willing to help you out of you minimize the inconvenience involved.

That being said, I don't really play much these days and haven't killed Lucan in a couple months, so I won't be much help, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who'd love to get a tell informing them Lucan was up.

I'm sure if you /told any member of IB or TMO or BDA or Taken or Divinity, and had them relay it to their guild, he would be dead in 10-15min.
