Really dumb question, but how exactly does the blind mechanic work? And does it work as intended on p99?

It is like a fear. So if it isn't rooted it will run off iirc. It also causes larger than normal agro. I could be wrong about the running off thing. That's how it use to be at least.

Yes, and it will only run if you are outside of range. Haven't tested here to see if flee is working properly though.
