Sadly my laptop is currently with the bumbling idiots at Geek Squad. So all I am able to do till I am reunited with it is stalk the forums.

Idiot numero dos, "It has just been shipped to the CoO. We couldn't ship it because we couldn't find the model code proving its the one on the warranty. We had to manually pull it from the system so we could ship it."

Technically they are not fixing it. The CoO is fixing it, Geek Squad are the curriers, and middle men.
