Slyexis is taking a break this summer so I'm taking over updating this list as people continue to work on them. I'm changing the formatting slightly but for the most part it remains the same. I mainly copied his list but did not go through every post so please update any missing information and PM me so I can make the change here.

Just completed this. Everything seemed to work exactly as you would expect.

Some notes: I had to kill 1 PH before Queen Dracnia spawned. She dropped the Sceptre of the Coldain Ancients the first time (plus the Crystalline Robe). The Drakkel Blood Wolf was already up near the spires when I checked it this morning, and dropped the Blood Wolf Harness the first time. I didn't get to check the Bottle of Karsin Acid turn in since I killed a lot of orcs and never saw one drop. I remember them being relatively common but maybe I got unlucky.

Fergul hits for max 140 and appears to be completely CR immune (PR, DR, and MR worked) so he's a bit of an undercon but otherwise not too bad.

It's a cool quest.

The karsin acid does drop, and the % seems to be in order. rng I believe.

I don't think Korzak is supposed to reward coin, at least there's no mention of it on Allakhazam. His dialogue even says there's no payment. So I think everything should be good now with those.

crushed coral is not dropping, i realize its a low probably of drop rate and shares a rather large drop table, but it seems as if the wyverns in Cobalt Scar are only dropping about 1/2 the quest gems available. Killed hundreds of them over a week, and only got about 6 kinds of quest gems in multiple.

Also tried the Armors in Wakening land (about 50 of them) and they dropped other kinds of quest gems, but again, no crushed coral. wasnt going to spend hours on 6 mobs. too much downtime.

Also tried the treasure chests (all 4 of them, about 10-12 spawn cycles) in cobalt scar.

re: Coldain Rings. I added a script for Sentry Badain to return the Declaration of War until the 10th is done. Up until that point, it should be testable (1-9th).

Ninth should be scripted and in game. We were missing the Mt. Death Mineral Salts to allow progression with the Ninth Ring quest.

Should give it a try now.

He's pretty shy and has a few PHs, I caught him up when Rogean kept taking the beta server down last night to fix bugs.

Edit: Worth noting that he spawned holding some kind of staff. I can only find info of him dropping either the Circlet or the Spear. Unless the Spear has the wrong model.

Recipe was erroneously set to require the *other* Runed sea shell (enduring breath). Fixed, pending update.

Until the server is patched, the combine should work with the enduring breath shell.

I was at amiable with kromrif/kromzek and Graktar Bluehammer was unresponsive to hails and he didn't so much as stop walking on note turn in. Does it require higher faction?

Was going to just try the signet turn in but keys are being a pain in tofs (full cleared second floor about 6 times now with no enraged librarian).

From what I can tell, this was not fixed until 2005. Need more information if it should work during Velious.

Lieutenant Milven was added with the Nov 2002 SS revamp as well.

The quests for Giant Toes as well as Giant Warrior Helms (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=982) should be on the two entrance sentries from WL side.

I believe they took Storm Giant Toes and Hill Giant Toes(bug here not sure when it was fixed to Frost Giant Toes).

Its Storm Giant Toes, not Frost Giant Toes. And the turn in MoBs are the same for the helmets for faction, the two guards at the WL entrance of SS.

I've done a ton of digging (although not on wayback), and aside from the linked post above (which appears to be an obvious mis-type years after Velious), I can find no evidence he ever took hill giant toes. Now I think their drop rate is too high as opposed to zero.

And as he said, two dropped off the same Young Shardwurm.
