Why does every loser on this server keep talking about a wipe?

Playing a server full of people who've had a few years of head start on you, access to uncontested content, and exp bonus isn't so bad. So what if the only other lowbies you see are supertwinked griefers or people getting powerleveled? If you really want to catch up, I'm sure there's plenty of RMT available.

I just leveled 2 characters up legitimately into their 40s. Yes, theres a few pks and twinked pks you battle along the way but there was on live servers as well.
