He's around level 30. He needs to be geared, not entirely sure what I should be working towards. Slots and their best in slot would also be appreciated, thanks.

weapons should be #1 priority. Bone Razor (Around 1000p) is a fairy good weapon for the money. Epic (Around 30k) is a gamechanger though.

Yeah, definitely want to try and farm up for a rage bringer. Arduous as fuck, but worth it. Armor wise though? I figure stuff that boosts my strength and dex. My thrill pieces, crested helm, etc.

Crested Helm, Hooded Black Cloak, Mithril Greaves, 55hp rings, dwarven work boots, etc.

Try looking at Lune's ranger guide - there are drop-downs near the top with both low-end and high-end gearing lists. Not all pieces will translate obviously, but most should.

Strength gear to 189, after that HP, and resist gear.

I imagine it all depends on how much cash you have to spend.

If you've got 30k buy epic.

If you don't have anywhere close to 30k, medium tier weapons and save your money.

If you have 10+ k but not much more, buy an FBSS, medium tier weapons, cheap str gear and save up the coin you'd need to buy your epic after selling that FBSS.

Honestly you'll want to focus on strength gear.

Because rogues are primarily damage dealers, you can view your hp and ac as secondary.

Certainly the epic is a must have later on.
