New Leaderboard

I've just setup a basic new leaderboard at http://r99pvp.com. I just coded this all from scratch tonight and will be adding new features daily until it's where we want it.

Coming features:
- Individual player pages
- Pages for each guild
- Proper sorting by category
- A weighted point system for rankings

The leaderboard is automatically updated when a new kill occurs. Please stop in and check out this work-in-progress!

Rogean should provide a daily YT dump log imo -- all you need is a simple cron job / query to do this -- no need for toons logging inaccuracies..
